When requesting personalization of a Bradford Exchange product, customers may not include any obscene, profane, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable language (“offensive language”). Furthermore, customers may not include any celebrity, public figure, and/or collegiate athlete name or likeness within their requested personalized content. If a customer violates this policy, The Bradford Exchange maintains the right to reject the personalized content request. Customers who violate this policy will be notified of their violation and customers may either (1) request different personalized content, or (2) have their money returned in full for their order.
